Interim Shift Manager

Job Description

Our client has a blue chip reputation with multiple sites, within a fast paced food manufacturing environment. They have an immediate need for an Interim Shift Production Manager. Candidates must have experience of highly automated environments e.g. dairy, bakery (bread), brewery, toiletries, or pharmaceutical.

Your background will ideally have covered the delivery of best practice through the implementation of continuous improvement (CI) or lean manufacturing. We need an individual with good manufacturing experience who has taken a 'common sense' approach to driving through efficiencies and sits close to the numbers of the operation. You will be comfortable with numbers and have proven numerical ability.

Shifts for this position are on a 3 week rotation, further details will be provided.
