A truly innovative challenge - this role gives you complete responsibility for driving and developing packaging for new and existing products for a major food business. Something of a guru in your sector, you will need to demonstrate a track record in packaging development focussing on delivering innovative solutions. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills are required to champion this area and work with suppliers, customers and internal functions. This role is about delivering competitive advantage and linking into the business strategy. You will need excellent project management skills and also flexibility as this role works across two sites in London and Lincolnshire.
