QA Section Leader

Do you have an eye for quality and consider yourself to be a bit of a perfectionist? Are you the person asking "why" or raising non-conformances when it is not strictly your duty to do so? Then you would fit in well with this company. We are currently recruiting for an experienced quality manager / supervisor to lead a team of four QA Auditors within a large multi-national blue chip company in the Winchester area. A large majority of the time will be spent on the factory floor ensuring quality and product safety with the reminder co-ordinating the required paperwork needed for the role.

Key responsibilities include:
- Understanding and enforcing the company GMP requirements
- Understanding and being able to complete the quality and technical checks required in the work area
- Cross working with other Team Leaders to resolve issues and provide the QA Manager with clear actions identified to prevent reoccurrence.
- Being technical lead factory side for trials and ensuring samples are collected as required
