Team Leader (Food)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and respected Team Leader to join a progressive and forward thinking blue chip company. The remit will be to lead and manage a manufacturing unit across the shift focusing, motivating and leading the team and delivering against agreed KPIs. Furthermore, you will be responsible for co-ordinating and reporting on the line improvement activities (including waste management and production control processes) and participating in NPD processes and production trials.
