If you are a development technologist with at least two years experience preferably having worked in the chilled sector, are excited by product innovation, not afraid to explore new options or challenge boundaries this could be the role of your dreams!

Rarely will there be such scope to work across such broad categories developing to such a high standard for Marks & Spencer. This development team focuses on growing ranges through new and innovative products maintaining extremely high standards. Delivering genuine first to market combinations, not afraid either to set the factory teams new challenges to ensure the products are handled in the best possible way to maximise flavour and visuals. Working alongside skilled NPD Chefs who will lead the innovation you will need to be excellent at managing paperwork with accuracy, presenting facts and information clearly. You will need to work with pace, be a self starter who can deliver under pressure, calm and reassuring when dealing with customers. For a candidate who is looking for further responsibility there will be genuine career options in the future following successful delivery in this role.
