Development Chef / Culinary Manager

Job Description

A Culinary Development Manager/Chef is required for a well known branded globally recognised organisation. The ideal candidate will already have spent time working as a NPD (New Product Development) Chef and fully understand the mechanics of the complete development cycle, working from brief through to launch.

You will need a proven track record for delivering innovative product solutions and be able to showcase products maximising their potential, able to influence and guide customers delivering menu solutions that meet with their brand values also. Working very closely with the marketing team you will be involved in setting business strategies for core categories - soups & sauces. Hosting regular internal presentations that will focus on foodservice and working with individual sites assisting in their on going NPD and culinary training. Exceptional engaging interpersonal skills are essential as you will be exposed to a wide range of personnel on a weekly basis, you'll need to have presence and tenacity that will gain others buying and respect quickly.
