Catering Training Officer

Job Description

Our client is a branded restaurant estate who is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Chef who will be able to deliver training and support to a number of business units across the South East; London, Kent, Hampshire and limited in the Lincolnshire area. You will be accountable for setting standards, delivering ongoing training sessions that will engage, inspire, and educate Chefs as well as giving them the confidence to be proactive in their daily roles. You will act as a support identifying individuals and site needs creating a programme that sets the highest standards. You will need to be a self starter who others will gravitate to; open and receptive to all levels of management. As a frequent visitor to the individual units you should be aware of potential business opportunities and be able to feed these back to the central development team objectively with a clear rationale - able to influence decisions that will ultimately deliver increased sales. A proven track record in a training and mentoring role would be ideal.
