Job Description

An experienced NPD Chef who is familiar with major retail clients is required to work at this division of an established frozen ready meal company. Working from brief and on blue sky projects, able to deliver product innovation within factory and commercial constraints. Confidently able to present to customers and forge trusted working relationships. You will work closely with the process, technical and factory teams and have a real empathy of their function. You will be the sole Development Chef on site, therefore a need to be self motivated and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, engaging and inspiring others, imparting your food knowledge. You will have the support of a Senior Development Chef and Head of Food based at another site. We would like to hear from Chef candidates who have a credible culinary history.
