Development Manager

Job Description

We are currently recruiting a Dessert Development Manager who is particularly strong on the overall organisation and project management of the product development process. There is opportunity for creative and commercial input, however the main tasks of the role will be in the control and direction of the critical path management ensuring launches are delivered on time and to agreed specification, collating all information and data. You will be expected to prioritise projects, maintaining an eye for detail across product, packaging and process needs ensuring brand standards are without question.

You will bring together internal colleagues and suppliers to ensure that products are launched on time and correctly. This business has an enviable reputation for innovation and product quality, supplied to a sector-leading customer base. Experience of working within the chilled sector is a prerequisite.
