This 2-10 shift pattern role requires a highly experienced chilled food production professional who can provide the vital management link between the day and night shifts at this busy and fast paced manufacturing operation. To be considered, you need to have a strong track record in team management in chilled foods production, working to tight hourly deadlines, stretching KPIs and demanding customer service targets. You will need to be an excellent communicator and someone who is looking to take on as much personal accountability as possible in ensuring the production plan is achieved on target.
