My client based in the Manchester area are looking to appoint a Technical Manager to manage the company's Quality and HACCP systems in line with the BRC standard.

You will be responsible for managing the hygiene teams, handling customer complaints, writing and maintaining customer specifications, co-ordinating the internal audits and microbiological testing and auditing suppliers as well as ensuring all staff are suitably trained in food safety matters.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in the high risk chilled foods sector, posses a technical qualification, excellent communication and strong attention to detail.
