Internal Auditor - Food Manufacturing Sector

Job Description

Our client is an fmcg manufacturer of food products based in the Northamptonshire area. They currently require the services of an internal auditor to work within the technical function to oversee and ensure the highest levels of food safety.

Working within a small team and reporting directly to the head auditor, you will be responsible for the day to day management of the audit schedule ensuring they are carried out on time as required by the Technical Manager. You will ensure faults or corrective action points are accurately logged and reported reducing non-conformance issues. Communication is key to this position as you will need to work closely with the Line Managers to communicate audit findings and oversee the completion of any issues.
