Operations Manager, Notts: This chilled food business is seeking to appoint an Operations Manager to oversee the manufacturing and logistics departments. Ideally, you will need to be accustomed to managing a manufacturing workforce in excess of 100-150 people with, perhaps, some experience of kit/engineering at some point in your career. The emphasis of the role is to capitalise on recent change initiatives across the business at large and provide a now engaged workforce with the focus they need to deliver demanding business growth targets. Evidence will be sought as to how you have delivered results in the past through inspiring your team to surpass their KPIs in a dynamic and pacy environment. This role really is about maximising the potential of people to ensure operational and customer service levels are exceeded.
