Commercial Manager in East Midlands: This senior commercial appointment requires someone with excellent customer relationship and NPD skills along with a personal profile recognised amongst at least one of the top five major multiples.

The business, a chilled food manufacturer, enjoys impressive growth. It benefits from a strong infrastructure to support the front edge of business growth and your role will entail close liaison with both the marketing and data teams to ensure your strategy is tightly honed.

You will be accountable for delivering sales and margin, as well as driving business development profitably through innovative NPD and EBD. To be able to make an impact in the short term for this busy company, it is essential that you have experience of category management of a chilled food, own label product portfolio. Ideally, you may have some branded experience at some point in your career giving you a more marketing focused edge. Top five retailer exposure is, as stated, essential.
