Interim Site Manager

Job Description

This Site Manager role requires an individual with a strong track record in interim manufacturing and interim operations working with short-shelf life chilled products. You will drive the tactical delivery of operational excellence through strategic ability and mature management skills and values. Your experience will have covered labour intensive environments and automation.

Your background, operational pedigree and knowledge will assist you in adding value in this role from day one. With a large team reporting in including a number of direct reports your will have proven skills as a leader in a similar environment. You will quickly take ownership of the site and deliver to the operational agenda.

This is an urgent interim appointment. Applicants must be available over the Christmas period.
