This is a critical shift for the business needing someone to start before Christmas. You will have experience in turning round the team dynamics of a shift, instilling best practice and ensuring GMP and hygiene standards are raised. Proven skills of driving and improving efficiencies in a short shelf-life chilled food environment is essential. You will have improved operational performance across the production team through your coaching and training skills. Previous experience in changing shift patterns across the operations function would be of interest.
