QA Manager

Job Description

This QA Manager role reports into the Technical Manager and gives you responsibility for a team of people tasked with ensuring quality standards are at their highest.

It will be necessary to have previous experience of managing people in a food manufacturing environment, ideally, chilled products to the major retailers.

The ideal candidate will be able to drive standards and performance within the quality team. This is a dynamic business so to be successful in the role you will need to be resilient and tenacious with a positive attitude and have the ability to influence.
