This is an opportunity to join an established Food Manufacturing site with excellent quality customers. This role will report into the Supply Chain Manager.

Job Description

As Planning Manager your role is diverse and exciting. You will be managing the Planning Department; motivated the team to ensure functional and individual targets are achieved.

To be a success in this role you must have a proven track record in a senior planning role and an understanding of planning IT systems, replenishment and short shelf life manufacturing ideally food.

You should be someone who proactively demonstrates a real customer ethos and has a strong desire to deliver more than is expected. You must have excellent influencing skills, with the ability to influence Senior Managers, Manufacturing, Commercial and Retailers and generate enthusiasm beyond the work group.

You will be highly resilient and tenacious character able to prioritise and project manage effectively.
