Production Manager (Food)

Job Description

This Chilled Food Manufacturing site is looking for an ambitious Production Professional. The role manages the manufacturing function and has a well organised and motivated Team. This company is forward thinking and is seen as dynamic through the eyes of the customer. It requires a proven manager, happy to make decisions with the information presented. This position allows the role holder to take responsible for the day to day running of the factory through a talented support team of managers and team leaders.

Skills required for this role

Food Manufacturing ideally fast paced Chilled
Operating at a Senior Manufacturing Level
Coaching and developmental experience
The ability to inspire and motivate a large production team
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, H&S
CI and ideally lean manufacturing experience

Therefore the ideal candidate will have previously worked in a chilled, own label food manufacturing environment who is used to both personally and a team hitting and passing testing KPI's.
