As part of its ongoing growth it is looking to source a senior consultant to join the established high calibre team. The remit will include operational accountability for client development (both existing and NBD) and candidate placement, but also the strategic leadership of a team within one of the divisions within the Group. Based from the Head Office in Cheshire, the successful candidate will also be exposed to working on international assignments a part of Focus Management's lead role in IFRA - the International Food Recruitment Alliance. We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a highly professional approach, who can develop strategic and long term partnerships with some of the leading businesses in the food sector, plus take an active part in new business development. We need well developed project management skills coupled with a creative and commercially astute approach to innovation in the recruitment sector. You must also have a strong track record in leading a team of recruiters to achieve challenging turnover and profit targets.
