Our client is a well established meat trading organisation and supplier to retails, wholesale and foodservice sectors. Capitalising on their recent impressive growth they now seek to expand the team by recruiting an experienced Poultry Trader with experience of sourcing product from Europe, South America and Asia. As well as being adept at finding the best commercial deals from a purchasing perspective, you should also have a good track record of selling products to contacts within the foodservice, wholesale, retail and manufacturing sectors. Culturally this is a positive minded company with a Senior Management team which has extensive experience within the meat industry and a strong credit rating to purchase volume deals. Our client is very open about location having a view that this person can work from home if they wish. The plan is to create a Director role at some point for this role as the successful new incumbent expands their team.
