Development Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Development Manager who can really drive product innovation, inspire and mentor the NPD Team providing clear direction and who will also deliver confidence to clients. We are keen to hear from either experienced NPD Managers or a Senior NPD Technologists who are ready to take on further responsibility. Candidates must be familiar with the chilled product sector and be able to control the product delivery from brief through to launch - working directly with major retail clients.

If you are a Senior Development Food Technologist / Manager with strong commercial and creative skills who is accustomed to developing innovative product portfolios for the major multiples we would like to hear from you. In addition, project management skills are essential to manage the critical path process and sound interpersonal skills to optimise your team's potential.
