NPD Chef required for high end chilled value added products. A fantastic opportunity for a talented and skilled Chef who has real versatility and a strong affinity for product creativity. Our client would prefer to consider Chefs who have no experience of mass produced products, a Chef who is not inhibited by factory restrictions although if you have previous manufacturing experience and have an impressive Chef cv we would still like to hear from you. This will be a demanding and challenging role but one that will be very rewarding. For this role we are looking for a truly defined, well balanced individual who is willing and capable of challenging the norm! A Chef who is constantly thirsty to seek out new ideas and ingredients, and yet be able to produce the classics to perfection. Someone who possess a serious depth and breadth of food knowledge yet open and receptive and undoubtedly pro-active. You will be happy to be managed, and managing others, working as part of a highly progressive and inspirational team. This will be a challenging but most rewarding role that will allow you to work at the premium end of the chilled food market. Personally you will believe in your own ability and be credible without being bloshy, naturally inspire and share your enthusiasm and culinary knowledge inspiring the rest of the team constantly generating new ideas.
