This is probably the most exciting opportunities in the current retail world - Waitrose as a leading retailer are opening their own cookery school in London at the end of this year and we have been tasked to source a number of highly competent Chefs. To lead the team we require a hands on Course Leader.

To lead The Cookery School we're looking for a highly credible Chef who has a proven track record not only in hospitality but also in teaching in a culinary environment. A Chef with a broad knowledge of global cuisines and a real competence in core craft skills. Your cv should demonstrate that you have had significant input and delivered inspirational and engaging courses that are informative, interactive and fun for all levels of ability.
Without question you will need to be confident, self motivated and enjoy naturally sharing your passion and knowledge for food, be an initiative communicator to reach all; your team, your audience and your peers.

This role will undoubtedly attract a lot of media attention and as such you will be required to be a true representation of Waitrose values and ethics.
