Chef Trainers required for Waitrose Cookery School, North London.

Fantastic opportunities for two Chef Trainers required for Waitrose brand new state of the art Cookery School due to open this Autumn in North London. The School will be a superb place to learn, have fun and be inspired using the finest ingredients synonymous with Waitrose.

The Chef Trainers will be supporting roles and as such you will work alongside Senior Chefs and clients, assisting throughout the course and in practical training sessions. You'll need a patient yet outgoing personality with naturally receptive interpersonal skills. You should have City & Guilds 706 Level 3 and have worked in high calibre kitchens to develop your craft skills. A knowledge of Traditional, Classical, European and World cuisines essential.
