Senior HR Officer - Food Manufacturing

Job Description

My client is a major food manufacturer looking for a Senior HR Officer. Reporting to the Business HR Manager you will provide full and proactive support for employees within various departments of this fast paced food processing business. You will ensure Line Managers understand and buy into the people issues within their area and HR influences their decisions. You will effectively drive through and manage change / improvements in their specific area to meet the objectives of culture cost, quality and time. Ideally, you will be CIPD qualified, or at least, working towards it, and it would be an advantage if you have experience of manufacturing environments.
