Product Development Manager

Job Description

This is a broadly based role that requires a product development professional who has a strong creative focus. Working on a range of added value products for major retail customers, the remit encompasses team management, category planning and innovative flair. Part of a sizeable NPD team, this role will be heavily cross-functionally involved, working in close partnership with manufacturing, technical and commercial colleagues in particular.

The client has a well renowned expertise in creative and commercial product development, so standards are high and the environment is one that fosters ideas generation and challenge. This is possibly a great first appointment role for a Development Manager, but would equally suit an experienced candidate looking to re-invigorate themselves in a positive and exciting business.
