Job Description

Team Leader / Shift Manager required to join a Blue Chip food manufacturing business in the Northern Home Counties. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional Team Leader / Shift Manager to join a multi million pound FMCG organisation. You will be responsible for recruiting, managing, motivating and developing your team to ensure they achieve the goals and targets agreed in their role profiles and performance review meetings. You need to embrace and drive modern manufacturing techniques looking at Continuous Improvement projects whilst maintaining the high levels of health and safety, hygiene, food safety and product quality.

You will be a dynamic and logical individual with experience in a fast paced, high volume modern manufacturing environment. You will posses good IT skills and the ability to communicate and influence at all levels. Your drive and ability to motivate your team to deliver real long term results will secure a highly rewarding career path within this well respected and successful food manufacturing organisation.

This role is commutable from areas in Middlesex / Bucks / Herts / Essex.
