This is an exceptional opportunity to work within the retail sector in the product development function. Your background must have food manufacturing or retail experience, with significant concept development successes and the passion to drive new ideas. Combine this with your ability to interpret the category, the brand within it and consumer demand/desire is critical. Working closely with others in NPD and the Purchasing teams will be vital to ensure the correct brand positioning. Proven success in product development and packaging innovation are key. You will be a good influencer able to work cross-functionally at a fast pace. Being an intelligent operator who can rapidly prioritise, you will understand the dynamics of this organisation.
