You will be a true foodie who has the confidence and gravitas to work with the development teams of major retail customers. With a background in chilled food manufacturing for the retail sector, you will have had direct customer interface and have strong contacts in this arena. Innovation and proven achievements in driving new concepts through to launch are key, as are your professionalism, confidence and first class communication skills. The key to these roles is understanding the demands of the retailer and how to manage conflicting priorities throughout launch programmes bringing the essential product development knowledge and creative / commercial skills to the table.
