This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join a large Food Manufacturer. The client is looking for a Commercial Manager to join their Dynamic Commercial team. You will Head up a Category and report to the Commercial Controller. The retail focus is with Marks and Spencer and therefore innovation, market leading, consumer insight, quality are qualities within the role.

Key characteristics of the selected individual will be a dynamic individual with proven customer relationship management facing a major Retail account. The candidate needs to be a leader as other members of the team will seek their advise for decision making. They will be approachable and able to get the best out of others. Excellent negotiation and relationship building is a must together with strong analytical and spreadsheet skills.

Candidates with a Chilled Food Background or Added Value Produce would be advantageous

There is Travel within the role general to the London area
