Job Description

QA Manager, South Lincs: This QA Manager role reports into the Technical Manager and gives you responsibility for a team of people tasked with ensuring quality standards are at their highest. It will be necessary to have previous experience of managing people in a food manufacturing environment, ideally, chilled products to the major retailers. Key accountabilities will include: · HACCP System · Quality Management system · Internal audits · People management · KPI's The ideal candidate will be able to drive standards and performance within the quality team.
