Prestigious new Cookery School has a vacancy for two Head Chefs Tutors.

In the Autumn of 2010 Waitrose open the doors to their fantastic state of the art Cookery School based in North London. The School will inspire food enthusiasts to move on from watching food programmes on TV by providing an inspirational list of classes and programmes led by skilled and talented Chefs who will impart their 'know how'. Could you be one of the team?

We are looking for two Head Chefs ideally who have previous experience of delivering practical cookery sessions. Enthusiastic and engaging Chefs who are talented and inspirational, and are able to develop the skills of all levels of ability. Do you possess that infectious enthusiasm that will want your audience to cook and explore food and ingredients?

Delivering exceptional customer service will be your priority. You will need to remain unflappable and controlled, yet still have fun and enjoy interacting with students and fellow team members.

Your Chef credentials will need to be impeccable, demonstrating your versatility, depth of knowledge and progressive awareness to keeping up to date with current and emerging food trends.
