Cookery School Tutor Sous Chef x2

Job Description

A Sous Chef is required to join the team of London's newest cookery school due to open in October 2010. Chefs with or without previous cookery school experience will be considered.

This will be a key role to support the Head Chef running and delivering inspirational and fun food courses to the general public. You will be involved in teaching and practical cookery. Working closely with students providing support and encouragement ensuring they maximise their potential, developing skills, engaging and inspiring them to go on from the course to cook more adventurously.

We are considering Chefs with a pedigree background, with knowledge of European and World Cuisines who easily share their love of food and enjoy interacting with others. You should have a diverse background and be in tune with current trends. Outgoing and self motivated with competent IT skills.
