Job Description

A talented Pastry Chef is required for a division of a major chilled food group based in the South West. Previous experience of interpreting and delivering new product concepts from a detailed brief is required. Experience of a large scale food manufacturing environment would be a huge asset, although the critical issue for this vacancy is a technically sound and diverse pastry background. Our client is looking for a candidate whose career has been developed and evolved in a top flight hotel or restaurant kitchen, ideally having reached a Senior Pastry position, Sous or Head Chef.

You'll need a real flare and be able to work closely with commercial colleagues. You will also need to be a strong team player who is able to take on other points of view to deliver exciting new products and be able to work with Process and Production Teams.
