This is a great career opportunity to join the leading recruitment consultancy specialising in Product Development Chefs for the food sector. The focus of the role is to bring candidates and clients together in a highly professional manner, assessing skills and culture fit. The transition for chefs from high end restaurants into the food industry can be challenging so we need to be supportive at all turns, ensuring we source the right culinary calibre mixed with strong commerciality and creativity. We will provide extensive training and development in recruitment, so if you are an experienced chef looking for a new career move, or are already a chef recruiter, then we would like to hear from you. This is a highly commercial environment so you need to be comfortable with hitting financial targets and be driven by the success of project completion. You need to be well organised, have strong communication skills and be able to work cross-functionally within a well established and highly successful consultancy team. The role could be based in either Harrogate or Bollington, and will require regular travel to client meetings and candidate interviews, often at our London office.
