Technical Supply Manager - Food Manufacturing

Job Description

Working for a growing, entrepreneurial chilled food manufacturer this is a key position in the Technical Department reporting into the Head of Technical.

The purpose of this role is to ensure the food safety of raw materials from the supplier base. This role will require international travel to audit Suppliers and to ultimately implement a vendor auditing system. Candidate background should include protein or produce product categories have sourced ingredients internationally.

The successful candidate will have experience of working with major retailers and familiar with food safety systems such as BRC. You will be qualified to degree or equivalent in food technology or a related discipline.
