Job Description

This is a career opportunity that offers the chance to join a leading food retailer in a Product Development position. The client is open to any candidate background, whether retail, manufacturing or foodservice, but what is critical is the ability to project manage a large and diverse range of NPD assignments at any one time. You must be able to demonstrate a skill in taking products from brief to launch against agreed deadlines and stage gate process, working closely with manufacturing suppliers and packaging specialists. This is an environment where you will be highly accountable for your product area and the delivery of new lines into the category on a regular basis. Creative and commercial acumen are needed in equal measure, but it is the ability to really manage the NPD process that is the key.
