Despatch Team Leader

Job Description

Our London / Northern Home Counties based client are looking to appoint a Despatch Team Leader to manage and supervise a team of despatch operatives within a fast paced FMCG environment. In doing so you will ensure that all internal and external customer requirements and procedures are met accurately, on time, and in a safe and legal manner.

With previous supervisory / management experience in a similar despatch role, you will be able to work in a fast paced, pressured environment prioritising and managing workloads whilst maintaining the highest standards of Health and Safety and quality. You will be a strong Man Manager with knowledge of HR policies and experience of motivating your teams to meet KPI's and above all you will posses an excellent work ethic and 'can-do' attitude.
