Technical Services Manager

Job Description

Technical Services Manager required for a fast paced FMCG Food Manufacturing site commutable of areas within North Lincolnshire, Humberside and South Yorkshire. Supporting the Technical Director and managing a small team you will be responsible for:

· Providing internal day-to-day technical support as well as supporting product launches,
customer visits and audits
· Completing ingredient declarations for retail product development samples
· Writing and reviewing product specifications
· Investigating customer complaints
· Providing technical information and completing online reports for customers
· Art work approval

To be successful in your application for this Technical Services Manager opportunity you will be highly organised, educated to degree level and have experience of working within a chilled food manufacturing environment. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines for both self and team. You will have a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy and be familiar with the requirements of the major multiples.
