Implementation Technologist

Job Description

As Implementation Technologist you will manage the smooth transfer of products from concept approval to launch within the required timescale, quality and to the cost parameters set, and within Company procedures. You will also work on post launch projects looking for efficiency, quality or margin opportunities. You will work with Product Development, Technical, Engineering and Operational colleagues to drive projects to successful conclusions and will be seen as a key part of the innovation process. You will already have been involved in a number of product process improvements and be able to demonstrate a real passing and enthusiasm for making a difference.

To be considered it is highly likely you will be a Process Technologist currently with either a technical or engineering bias. Educated to degree level in a related discipline, you will have proven process improvement experience gained in a food manufacturing environment. The sector you have gained your experience is less important that your ability to demonstrate a track record of delivering improvement and making a real business difference.
