Quality Systems Officer

Job Description

This dynamic food manufacturer has experienced major growth in the last two years and as a result of an ever-expanding customer base and product range, now need to add additional resource to their quality and technical department in the form of a Quality Systems Officer.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining the site Quality Management System ensuring requirements of all customers and BRC are met.
- Manage and maintain the site Document control system
- Carry out Internal and external audits
- Update HACCP and Quality systems in light of internal audit non conformances
- Lead cross functional HACCP team, ensuring HACCP plan is maintained with all new processes and/or ingredients

To be successful you will have experience of a Quality Assurance / Quality Control role within food or drink manufacturing. You will be a robust character with an attention to detail and strong communication skills. Proactive in your approach, you look to identify a problem before they occur and you will be a good team player with a can do attitude.
