Graduate Production Engineer

Job Description

The Role:
Working for this market leading food manufacturer as Graduate Production Engineer, you will play a key part of the engineering team at this busy factory. You will work with many departments within the business including the design, assembly, operations and production teams.

You will report directly to the Operations Manager and use your production engineering, planning, scheduling and mechanical knowledge and experience to increase the efficiency of machinery and processes.

You will also work closely with the programming team to ensure all bespoke machines meet the demands of customers.

The Candidate:
As an engineering graduate you have a mechanical based background - an engineering or manufacturing related degree with some work experience in a manufacturing environment.

This role has direct managerial progression and therefore requires a committed and dynamic graduate who is interested in learning, development and career progression.
