Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, self-starter to work in a small but expanding company dealing with bakery products into the retail and foodservice sector.

The successful candidate will be a vital member of a small team providing an efficient and pro-active Technical service and support both internally and to all major retailers. You will be an integral part of the technical department and have responsibility for specifications, quality standards, documentation, report writing and auditing.

Ideally a graduate in Food Technology, you should be eager to build on the experience you have gained in the food industry. You will need to be flexible, and committed with excellent organisation skills with the ability to present and explain complex issues, verbally and on paper.
