PRODUCTION SHIFT MANAGER - Tues - Sat 11:15am - 3:30pm (Sat 7am - 3:30pm)

They are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join the Factory Management Team. Reporting to the Factory Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the manufacturing operation, including safety, hygiene, quality, and the achievement of production kip's within budgeted targets. You will have the ability to motivate and develop the factory team and possess excellent interpersonal skills to communicate at all levels. Leadership, forward planning and problem solving and management skills are a pre-requisite along with a desire to continually strive for improved standards in all areas.
