Site Technical Trainer

Our client is committed to developing its business and growing its success even further. They are currently looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join the Factory Management Team.
The post holder will be involved in assisting with and/or delivering all aspects of technical training on site - including Health, Safety, Hygiene & Environmental. This involves the routine audits/inspection, maintenance of training information systems and records, together with carrying out various risk assessments, whilst also ensuring the safe and effective compliance to site policies.
The role will include ensuring that the Company Quality Policies/Site Quality Policies are implemented and understood by all staff and that the Quality Assurance Manual is communicated as appropriate to enable adherence to the overall Site Quality Management System.
Ideally with a NEBOSH certificate or experience of working with Health & Safety, experience of a food manufacturing environment is essential,
