You will have refined your project management skills as a professional interim and be a sophisticated influencer. A strategist who works on long term plans and sits close to the finite detail in the short term. Influencing is key to this position in daily interactions with the supply base, cross functionally and when presenting to larger groups. Previous projects managed could be on a global or national basis but must involve partnership style agreements with third parties. Not always massive in volume but complex in nature. Being an intelligent operator who can rapidly prioritise you will be able to adapt and work across a number of categories. This interim food development role is about innovation; it's about working with the supply base, long term planning, managing major projects and being a sophisticated influencer. The ability to engage key stakeholders is critical to this role. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful retailer and a team of dynamic, driven, ambitious food professionals.
