Interim Development Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a confident Interim NPD Manager Product Development professional to join a small dynamic team. You will have the confidence and ability to manage a wide range of activities right through from the early concept stage of development through to launch. Due to the size of the team you need to be flexible and adaptable ie able to 'wear many hats'. Your background must be in the food industry and ideally a background that has covered chilled or frozen at some point.

The key to these roles is understanding the demands of the retailer and how to manage conflicting priorities throughout launch programmes bringing the essential product development knowledge and creative / commercial skills to the table.

This is an urgent vacancy requiring an immediate start date.
