Job Description

This is an urgent requirement for an individual with technical or quality experience in the food, FMCG or pharmaceutical industry. You will have been in a manufacturing environment and understand the process flow of the factory, the specifications each manufacturing process must follow and the importance of adhering to systems and procedures. This is a factory-based role and you will need to have the confidence to follow the process and highlight to the operatives if they are not working to the plan or specification. Our client has seen major growth in the last two years and has significantly increased their customer base. The increased demand has resulted in changes in process and more demanding and complex customer requirements. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who someone wanting to gain more food industry experience or alternatively, someone who has QA and technical expertise who would be flexible to work at a lower level on short interim contract.
