Our client is a large Chilled Food Manufacturer and it is looking for a Process Development Manager to manage the Process Development team. This role works on high quality products that are seen as market leading within the Chilled Food Sector. Key accountabilities of the roles are focused on organising and implementing product and process development plans together with direct liaison with the customer. Excellent influencing and communication skills are necessary. The role requires you to manage multiple projects, working with key customers on critical product performance and manufacturing issues. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a solid foundation in Food Technology and a real passion for working within a manufacturing environment.
